Here is another OC for Angie's Adventure who plays a major role in the story.

History: Zoey is the daughter of cruise ship Captain Anderson and Naval Architect Olga Anderson, both of which worked for the cruise line, World Paradise International ltd., a satellite corporation of Ultra Corp.. She was brought up in a relativity wealthy household similar to Angelica's but unlike Angie, Zoey's parents never spoiled her so she ended up very nice. Life was good until one fateful night when her mom never came back from work and was soon discovered to have been killed. It was said to have been a robbery gone wrong but there seems to bee something much darker going on... Although she really misses her mom, she is happy to be with her dad who now takes her with him when he sails.

Character Traits: Zoey, in spite of losing her mom, has a very bright and optimistic personality. In many ways she is like a nicer twin to Angelica and shares some of her traits. For example she LOVES sweets and will eat them as much as she can. She also shares many of Phil's and Lil's gross fascinations such as mud, bugs, boogers etc. She even shares Tommy's adventurous attitude and loves to play with him along with Angelica and the others. Zoey gets along with her father, whom cherishes her, very well and loves sailing the Caribbean with him.

Inspirations: To tell you the truth, there wasn't any core inspirations for Zoey. But since I've decided to write my Fic as a lose analog of a hypothetical "new Rugrats film," I wanted to introduce a new character (besides Antony) just as the first two Films introduced Dil and Kimi. Also I wanted to make a new best friend for Angelica who wasn't just a rival (no offence to Susie) but also won't take any of Angie's nonsense. For example, she dose to gain Angie's full respect but still becomes good friends with her and is even one of the main forces to Angie's change for the better.
